Surrounding you are homes and uninhibited lands that are forever protected from development by the enactment of the National Archie Carr Turtle Preservation area.
You won't see high rise condos surrounding the beach house, only homes by other beach owners who enjoy this unique opportunity.
If you enjoy fishing, you may take a few steps to the water's edge, capture some sand fleas for bait and catch your dinner.
